Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., pet grooming products), unless faulty.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will issue a full refund including shipping.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
